Annie and Will are small business owners, community activists, and incredible bakers. Will is the pizza-guru behind Handsome Pizza, and Annie is an artisan baker who churns out amazing pastries and breads at Seastar Bakery. Annie and Will fell in love with this 1940s bungalow that is flooded with light and has an amazing kitchen. The sellers received 14 offers, which meant we had to get creative to make their offer rise to the top. Annie and Will offered a weekly free pizza from their shop to the sellers for an entire year in a “pizza clause” we added to the contract. Who could say no to that?
